Most (ACTS) leaves a lacuna as to protection of the person inforcing the arrest eg.immgr, prison correctional agency. Where the person to be arrested resisted and in an attempt to apply reasonable force the man dies. Can they enjoin the protection in sec 33(2)(A)&(B)when acting within their scope of duty not to be held under sec 33 (1)as direct or circumstantial though applied reasonable force and within the scope of their duties and their various acts allow arrest without warrant.
